Remote control wont power up
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely from Scotland and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its double power button press.

This was found to be due to worn button contacts on the power button.  A replacement conductive pad was glued into place which restored full functionality (see testing video)
