Paragon 2000 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : I have changed the battery, but the remote doesn't work at all

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely from Herts and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to faulty buttons, both were replaced which restored full functionality.

A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.
