Customer's Fault Description
It starts when red button is pressed twice. Five of the buttons work well. 1 button, which is move forward, does nothing at all.

It looks identical to one on your website. We had the Motor Mover fitted in year 2009.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Herts and on testing was confirmed to have an open circuit button (the top most button), all other buttons were read as fine.
The faulty button was replaced which restored full functionality.
