Customer's Fault Description
The remote is constantly making a clicking sound.
The LED light is constantly flashing too.
Battery has been changed but is still not working
Nothing happens when the buttons are pressed
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The control was then tested over a 24 hour period at random intervals with no issue being replicated.
It is possible that there was moisture within the button array which has dried out on its own but without seeing a fault it is only speculation.
This item has been classed as no fault found. It is also important to ensure that the battery fitted is brand new and quality such as Duracell to eliminate the possibility of a bad battery which would also cause the mentioned fault.
