USB charger connector on one has come loose - on the second has snapped off
Remote Fixer Repair Response

These two remotes arrived safely and on inspection both had damaged / detached charging ports.

Replacement ports were fitted which restored full functionality.  Please note that care must be taken to prevent further damage to the charge ports.
