When you press the bottom right arrow the ok button lights up instead.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing the right arrow key was found to effect the buttons around it and not the arrow button itself.

On opening this was found to be due to a damaged touch screen membrane (see image).  Sadly this membrane is not available as a spare which makes a repair not possible.
