Customer's Fault Description
Truma motor mover remote corroded battery springs need replacing
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Scotland and on inspection was a confirmed to have badly corroded battery terminals.
When trying to open the remote it appears to be glued in places not consistent with the factory sealing. The remote had to be forced open which did cause a little cosmetic damage to on part of the side (see image)
All terminals were replaced with custom made terminals which restored full functionality.
