Customer's Fault Description
We have just bought a Buccaneer Clipper the remote is missing the front cover, the red light is on the roof light
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was missing its front cover and the batteries were inserted incorrectly meaning the remote would not transmit.
When the batteries were fitted correctly (see the 3rd image below) the remote would transmit on each button as per normal operation.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
The front cover cannot be replaced as they are not available as spares and we do no carry out cosmetic repairs for this specific reason.
