Customer's Fault Description
Swapped batteries on remote, reset controller until green flashing LED, pressed remote red button twice within 1 second but no red LED on controller, batter is charged 13.4 volts
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Carve motor mover remote arrived safely from West Lothian and on testing was found to be dead.
The LED was blown, when a replacement was fitted power was restored but there was no RF signal. The RF module was replaced which restored full functionality.
