Handset remote controller for riser chair has broken and exposed cables.

This remote arrived safely from Bedfordshire and on inspection the cable was badly damaged.  Also the case had signs of an attempted opening prior to arrival with us.

the cable was replaced with a straight cable (we cannot get the curly kind).
