PDT KF04-433RC Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : PDT KF04-433RC

Customers Fault Description : None of the buttons are working. Usually the two green buttons work. Have changed the batteries, but no difference.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This garage door remote arrived safely from Lancs and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to bad solder joints on the main IC.  The solder was reworked which restored full functionality.

A set of Duracell CR2016 batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
