Powertouch Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Light staying on

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Powrtouch remote arrived safely from Essex and on adding a battery the remote would power up without a button being pressed.

This was due to contaminated button contacts.  The facia was peeled apart and cleared of contaminants which restored full functionality (see testing video)
