Dometic Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : intermittent to not working at all

This remote arrived safely from West Yorkshire and on testing was confirmed to be intermittent in response.
This was found to be due to one of the solder points on one of the battery terminals was disconnected, effectively making it an intermittent power connection. The solder was re-flowed which restored full functionality.
