Wired Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Wired
Customers Fault Description : Well used remote, not sure how many buttons actually work. Belongs to my daughter who has advanced MS
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from South Yorkshire and on inspection one of the buttons was open circuit and also a couple of the internal wires were broken at the remote end.
The button was replaced and the cable cut back be a few centimeters and refitted to bypass the breaks.
