Customer's Fault Description
I left the batteries in the remotes over the winter & the batteries corroded in the remotes
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Becker awning remotes arrived safely from Devon and on testing both were suffering from non responsive bottom buttons. This was caused by corrosion damage due to battery leaks.
When the bottom buttons were removed on both remotes the print underneath was found to be damaged. The print was reworked and then the buttons replaced which restored full functionality. (see testing video)
