Customer's Fault Description
The remote control for both mattress of the double bed, don't work anymore. The beds don't go up and down. One of the control stopped to work 6 months ago and the other one died yesterday. We tried the motor and it is OK.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These bed remotes arrived safely from Cornwall and and on inspection was both found to have suffered from damages cables.
Both remotes had replacement straight cables fitted. The rest of the control was tested as fine.
