Customer's Fault Description
Led Light stays on when light turn off button is pressed and fan speed buttons not responding, this has been an intermittent fault as whe left for some timer will work for a few days and them malfunction again
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Ceiling fan remote arrived safely and on testing was conformed to stay illuminated without a button being pressed. The terminals were showing signs of a battery leak.
Unfortunately it would appear that the leak has "popped" the main IC which sadly makes a repair not possible.

A clone was supplied and the original was disposed of as per the customers email request
