Customer's Fault Description
The chair has stopped working and is in the raised forward 'tipout' position suggesting it may have shorted! The remote appears to have had an attempted to be fixed some of the wires are visible.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This H.S.L. remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable and worn button contacts.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cant get the curly kind) and also replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each of the main buttons.
