Linn Classik Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Linn Classik
Customers Fault Description : Intermittent button operation. Mainly used for tuner, cd, clock functions. Standby, Volume, mute, preset radio buttons intermittent have tried new batteries but no luck
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Linn Classik Music cd, FM/AM tuner/ amp remote control arrived safely from Devon and on testing was confirmed to be intermittent.
On opening the issue was found to be due to the main IC hanging out of its socket making intermittent connections. The IC was re-seated properly and full functionality was resorted.
