Customer's Fault Description
Remote will not connect to TV set. I have replaced the battery but it still doesn’t work. There is a rattle of something loose in the unit which may be preventing operation
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bathroom TV remote arrived safely from South Gloucestershire and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
The battery terminal was found to have physically broken away from the PCB (see image). The print was reworked and the terminal refitted which restored full functionality (see testing video)
