Easycom TV Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : New battery, nothing works

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely from Jersey and on testing was found to have various non functioning buttons.

This was found to be due to corrosion from water contamination.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.

Please note that this item is NOT waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage as water damaged is not covered under guarantee.
