Gasco Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote dropped on hard floor. Won’t turn fire on red light is working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace remote arrived safely from Hertfordshire and on testing was found not to be transmitting a signal on any button press.

This was due to a faulty US transducer, a replacement transducer was fitted which restored full functionality.
