ROYAL COZYFIRES Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : ROYAL COZYFIRES

Customers Fault Description : Stop working but found corrosion on the battery area

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Royal Cozyfires heater remote arrived safely from Lincs and on testing was dead.

This was due to corroded battery terminals from an apparent battery leak.  The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality (see testing video)
