Customer's Fault Description
Came back from holiday and the sound bar will switch on when plugged in at the mains but will not switch off or on using the remote and none of the fictional buttons work on the controller there is no light from the remote to communicate with the bar. I have tried changing the battery cr2025 and checked that it had charge but still no joy.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
Canton DM75 Sound Bar remote control arrived safely from Lancashire and on testing was ofund to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation.
The code being transmitted was tested and confirmed to match the stock code.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
Please note that the bulb will not illuminate to the human eye, this is infra red and is invisible light.
