Customer's Fault Description
The on/off switch seems to be the problem.
Inserting batteries enables power to the device but the on/off switch will not switch it off.
The only way to turn it off is to remove a battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma motor mover remote arrived safely from Wilts and on testing was found to be stuck on whenever the batteries were inserted, the switch had no effect.
When opened this was found to be due to a broken shaft on the on / off switch. A replacement switch was fitted which restored full functionality.
