Customer's Fault Description
Once switched on, the green power light continues to flicker and the left roller starts, only pausing momentarily if a button is pressed. Motion is only stopped by isolating the mover or removing the remote's battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Powrtouch Classic motor mover remote arrived safely from Blackpool and on powering up was found to be transmitting without a button being pressed.
This was due to a short in the button array from contamination. The button array was split open and the contamination removed which restored full functionality.
