Dometic heki Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Dometic heki

Customers Fault Description : Top 2 buttons will not always work to open close skylight

This Dometic Caravan skylight arrived safely from the West Midlands and on testing the top two button were confirmed to be sluggish in response.

The shaft sleeve on both buttons had been forced down over time, this required the button to be replaced .  Both were replaced which restored normal functionality.
