Customer's Fault Description
Having problems with gas fire dru metro xtu would start, electrician got it going said loose connection. Then I dropped the remote control onto concrete floor batteries flew out and now the remote comes on then goes off
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dru Fire remote arrived safely from Scunthorpe and on testing was confirmed to have intermittent power.
This was due to the terminals being bent out of position casing battery connection issues. The terminals were bent back into place which restored full functionality.
