Following a conversation this afternoon, confirmed all buttons to be replaced although only off button not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived safely from Strathclyde and on inspection the battery cover is missing its retaining clip, this cannot be replaced.
When tested one of the buttons was confirmed to be dead, all 4 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
