Customer's Fault Description
The bottom left hand button to raise the foot support is not working. All other buttons seem to be working at the moment.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Recliner chair control arrived safely from Stirlingshire and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable at the remote end and also worn button contacts.
The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the break and replacement conductive pads were glued into place.
