Remote appears to be dead. Have tried new batteries but still nothing.

This Linear Treadmill remote control arrived safely from the west midlands and on adding a battery was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The code being sent was tested as correct, this item has been classed as no fault found.
A Duracell CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of it being an incorrect / dead battery inserted by the customer. It is important to test the remote with the treadmill before removing the battery.
