Customer's Fault Description
Red Live wire has now come off solder.

When connected Green flashing light will not turn off.
Non of the Directions buttons work, does not communicate with the mover.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover controller arrived safely from Nottinghamshire and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged battery cable. The cable was replaced and then it was found that some buttons were non responsive.
This was due to contamination within the button array. The array was peeled apart and the traces reworked which restored full functionality.
