Customer's Fault Description
Initially just the riser button didn’t work, now neither button appears to work. Also the cable is partly exposed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Celebrity 3 button remote arrived safely from Somerset and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts and a damaged cable.

The cable was replaced with a straight cable (we cannot get the curly kind) and also replacement conductive pads were glued under each button.
