Truma mover Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote doesn’t switch on even after replacing batteries

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Truma remote control arrived safely from Somerset and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to a broken shaft on the internal switch.  A replacement switch was fitted which restored full functionality.
