This BMW Rear entertainment system remote control arrived safely from Lancashire and on inspection was missing its battery cover (this cannot be replaced)
On testing the remote was confirmed to be dead. This was due to the common issue of corroded / contaminate PCB connection points for the terminals. The PCB was etched clean which restored full functionality.
