Aircon unit not responding to remote and no lights from remote when you press the buttons.

This Dometic Aircon remote control arrived safely from Wiltshire and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.

Please note that the bulb at the end of the remote is infra red meaning you will not see any light being emitted with the naked eye.
