Customers Fault Description : Green LED is supposed to turn off automatically but stays on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely from Liverpool and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged battery connector making the remote dead.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
