Not working, if you wiggle cable at 8 pin end sometimes you can get a signal
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely. The cable was stress tested and found to be continuous on each core as per normal operation. The buttons were all tested and also found to be functioning as per normal. We can change the cable with a straight cable but as no issue could be replicated this has not been done.
This item has been classed as no fault found. The customer is to double check the cable that is situated under the chair to check for defects and that the plug of the extension cable is seated properly (These remotes on a lot of occasions plug into an extension cable which is then connected under the chair, it could be the extension cable that is at fault)
