Customers Fault Description : Does not seem to sync with control box

This Royal remote arrived safely from Essex and on inspection the battery cable was found to have been replaced prior to arrival with us.
When tested the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. As the RF signal is present this item has been classed as no fault found.
