Customer's Fault Description
Our caravan was serviced. The motor mover wasn't working and the service mechanic stated that the fault was with the remote control.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma remote control arrived safely from Somerset and on inspection was found to have badly mangled battery terminals and also the PCB was loose inside the remote,
The terminals were replaced and the PCB glued into place which when tested restored full functionality (see testing video)
