Hörmann HS (M) 2/4 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Top button not working even with new battery. Bottom button function well.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Hermann garage door remote arrived safely from West Sussex and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning top button.  The button was replaced which restored full functionality.

A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.
