CLOSE AND RECLINE TOP TWO BUTTONS -----HAVE TO PRESS VERY HARD TO GET THEM TO WORK . ALSO CABLE TO HANDSET LOOKS TO HAVE BEEN REPLACED AT SOME TIME IN THE PAST ???????
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Berkline chair remote control arrived safely from the West Midlands and on inspection the cable was confirmed to have been replaced in the past, this was tested and found to be fine.
The issue was caused by the top 2 button contacts decomposing, replacement conductive pads were glued under both buttons.
