Customer's Fault Description
Remote is not "talking" to the lift despite new battery. LED light seems to be working, but nothing else. We have an identical, second remote that's currently working OK but the user needs 2 (in case one fails).
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Disabled persons lift controller arrived safely and on powering up was found to be transmitting on both the up and down channels.
The radio frequency was found to be strong and consistent.
As this item is transmitting it has been classed as no fault found. It is possible that the remote requires "Pairing" with its receiver as it is Radio Frequency, please consult the user manual for the lift on how to do this.
