HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : The button that controls the foot rest (bottom left as you look at the controller) takes an immense amount of pressure to make it work.
Sometimes it only works intermittently.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This H.S.L. Recliner chair remote arrived safely from East Sussex and on inspection the cable was damaged at the remote end and the button contacts were worn. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each button and the cable was then cut back and refitted to bypass the damage.
