Customers Fault Description : Wires exposed

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This recliner chair controller arrived safely from North Somerset and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged cable.

A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cant get the curly kind) and as a precaution replacement conductive pads were glued under each button as these are notorious for worn button contacts.
