Customer's Fault Description
Light flashes when you press any of the buttons, but nothing happens.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button at 433mhz as per normal operation (see testing video).
The control was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
It is possible that this remote simply needs "pairing" with its receiver, this is something that can only be done on the premises of the garage itself.
