HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : 10, Remotes in total, 7/10 are in need of a new cable. 2/10 are in need of a new cable and have very stiff buttons. 1/10 has 2 buttons not working. There is a piece of paper in the box explaining the issues and buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These recliner char remotes arrived safely and on inspection 9 have visibly damaged cables, all these cable were replace and all buttons had replacement conductive pads glued under each of the main buttons.
The remotes that have tactile switches 2 of them had all buttons replaced as well as their cables.
The last 2 remotes with tactile switches had their cables replaced, the one which had 2 non responsive buttons was concluded to be a broken internal cable and there fore the cable was replaced.
