Quattro/Purple Line Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Quattro/Purple Line
Customers Fault Description : Not turning on properly and when it does not connecting to mover
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on adding batteries seemed to power on as normal form its double power button press.
The control was tested a few times without issue. The back button seemed to be a bit sluggish in response, this was remedied by cleaning the button contacts (this isn't a chargeable repair)
This item has been classed as no fault found and the customer is to check the batteries and also try pairing the remote with the receiver again in case its just "lost its memory"
