Customer's Fault Description
Has been intermittent needing to press buttons more than once to switch on or adjust heater, but now fails to switch on at all. Have replaced batteries, but no improvement. It appears to apply to all buttons, although the on/off works occasionally.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Heater remote control arrived safely from Lincolnshire and on testing the button response was sluggish.
This was found to be due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under each button which restored full functionality (see testing video)
