Customer's Fault Description
The Remote has stopped operating so the pool lights can no longer be turned on or off or any of the options changed. The remote communicates with a modulator that controls the lights. Here is a link to the product.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Pool lights controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal operation, the signal was strong and correct at 433mhz.
The customer is to make sure that a 12V battery is used (there is a 1.5V battery exactly the same size that will not work)
If that battery is not the fault then it could be that it needs pairing with the receiver again or it could be a fault with the receiver.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
